Lý Tống (born Le Van Tong; September 1, 1945) is a Vietnamese-American anti-communist activist.

He was born in Huế, South Vietnam. A former pilot in the Vietnam Air Force, he is best known for flying unauthorised flights over the airspace of communist nations and dropping anti-communist leaflets into their capitals.[1] In 1992, he hijacked a passenger jet and dropped leaflets over Ho Chi Minh City and was sentenced to 20 years in prison, but released in 1998. He was arrested again in July 2010 for a pepper spray assault on singer Dam Vinh Hung at a concert in Santa Clara, California.[2]
